I love these dice. The floating dragon eye design is amazing. I ordered these and wanted the cold protection but was unable to add to my order. After checking the 10-day forecast for my area (no snow or extremes in temperatures), I confidently placed my order only to wake up to an unforecasted snowfall and projected daytime temperatures in the teens. I contacted Eric immediately who responded very quickly and ensured my package was sent out protected for the cold.
